Health Care Provider and Stakeholder Survey

The Iowa Department of Public Health is contracting with the University of Iowa Institute of Public Health Research and Policy at the College of Public Health to support childhood lead poisoning prevention and lead remediation in Iowa. They are asking health care providers and stakeholders to help identify issues related to preventing lead poisonings. The information gathered from this survey will be used to develop recommendations for policy and practice enhancements for preventing lead poisoning and addressing sources of lead exposures occurring in the state of Iowa.
